Head of Operations & Customer Service Europe - LimeLife
As Head of Operations & Customer Service for Europe, I oversee end-to-end regional operations, including supply chain coordination, logistics, warehouse management, and e-commerce order fulfillment. I manage IT systems for SKU tracking and online availability, ensuring products are always visible and ready for customers.
I also monitor customer service performance, optimising processes and KPIs to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency. Working directly with leadership and internal teams, I identify friction points, implement practical solutions, and build scalable frameworks that support growth.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution — making sure every operational element, from warehouse to customer, runs smoothly and efficiently.
Technology & Digital Lead -
DUOLAB
I took on the role of Head of Technology & Digital to structure and scale the brand’s digital ecosystem.
I ensured the stability and evolution of the duolab.com e-commerce platform, prioritising new functionalities and overseeing implementation. As the business prepared for European expansion, I designed and launched additional e-commerce platforms to support growth.
A key milestone was the implementation of an AI-powered online skin diagnosis tool, integrating innovation directly into the customer experience.
I led a nearshore development team and coordinated multiple digital partners, while also providing hands-on IT support to ensure operational continuity.
This position required translating business needs into technical solutions — and making technology serve strategy, not the other way around.

UOLAB
I led the set-up and launch of DUOLAB, an innovative Beauty Tech brand formerly part of the L’Occitane Group.
As Global PMO, I operated at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping the business model, defining organisational structure, and translating ambition into operational reality. Acting as sparring partner to the General Manager, I coordinated Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment from day one.
Beyond structure, I was directly involved in product development, collaborating with R&D teams and the industrial partner (Groupe SEB) to bring the solution to market.
I also stepped into the role of acting COO, overseeing go-to-market preparation, brand activation, and operational readiness. In a fast-moving start-up environment, I temporarily covered key gaps across logistics, budgeting, accounting, and business development — ensuring continuity and delivery despite limited internal resources.
This role demanded full ownership, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on leadership at every stage of the launch.
